Robin Williams Appreciation (Fav Robin Williams Movie?)

This thread is all about showing some appreciation and love to one of my favorite actors of all time, Robin Williams.

He has made so many films that were a part of my childhood (and adulthood)-
it is hard to count. From playing the Genie in Aladdin, to Mrs. Doubtfire,
to Peter Pan in Hook, to his laugh out loud stand-up specials, he is amazing.
His acting range mixed with his amazing humor is just incredible.

Wanted to post a thread to see what everyone's favorite Robin Williams
movie is. Oh yeah and I'm excited about his new standup special coming
to HBO early next month! biggrin His last one from 2002 was AMAZING.

I absolutely love Robin Williams, I feel he really doesn't get the praises he deserves.... Patch Adams, What Dreams May Come, Mrs Doubtfire and Hook Are some of my all time favourites.

I suppose "Mrs. Doubtfire" would be my favorite movie, but my favorite thing he's done is "Mork and Mindy." I just loved that show.

One Hour Photo is one of his best, and most overlooked, roles. The Final Cut is along those lines too.

Good Morning, Vietnam
Patch Adams
Mrs. Doubtfire
Aladdin
Robots

.....to name a few.

I would probably say. Good morning Vietnam. Because his character is so real. The emotion is genuine. The scene

when some troops on their way to the front line have a few moments to laugh and have a some convo. When many of them

may or may not return. Is touching. and it captures the reality of the time.

Wow, much love for Robin here...

Personally, I can't stand the guy....his sense of humor doesn't hit my funnybone.
Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of his sense of humor either,,,,way TOO animated.

But the man can absorb a role like a sponge, thats for damn sure.
