I have a phobia of roaches since I remember myself. I can't even stand pictures or rough sketches of them. I felt a chill while typing the word... They sometimes appear in a dream and always make me scream and wake up. I try to deal with it though. I've made some progress in the last few years. I can now chase and kill them with a long object or spray them with insecticide. I don't like killing them because I respect life and feel sorry for them, but I can't help it! It's them or me in the house! But even when they're dead I'm still afraid of them. I never pick them up from the floor, I get somebody else to do this... I'm not afraid of any other insects. I love spiders and crickets and ants and almost any other creepy thing like lizards, snakes and mice. I do despise large centipedes though.

I also hate rollercoasters but that's not a phobia.

I've heard of some really weird phobias, like someone who said she's afraid of... flowers!!!!! Well, at least they don't move on their own!
