Seriously i'm sick of vampire movies now. Watered down crap mostly although Thirst interests me because of the director. Let The Right On In is probably the best vampire movies of the last 30 years.

Near Dark It's completely different to Lost Boys, on another level and not so much comedic as Lost Boys is notorious for. The dialogue in Near Dark is the reason I found out early on what the title 'Lost Boys' stands for in meaning. I watched Twilight tonight for the first time as I waited ages for all the hype to die down, I loved it!

An American Werewolf in London.
I'm afraid of werewolves, but Vampires are so sexy they make me want to get bitten. [Edited 10/22/09 15:08pm]

^^ Oh HELL YEAH! Silver Bullet (A Stephen King story turned into a movie): Within the first 5 minutes, a homeless man's head flew across the screen. Howling II: Your Sister's a Werewolf: My favorite of the "Howling" series. Wolf with Jack Nicholson and Michelle Pfeiffer. I hated those cheesy "Teen Wolf" movies. : -? "Love Hurts. Indeed, but it's hard to find a DVD with the correct theatrical English subtitles and not the dumbed down ones.

I love interview with a vampire! I also love those old ones.. the nosferatu! Ooooo I also like Coppala's Dracula. Then there's another version: Vlad the Impaler! I like the really old one's, too!... I like the Mummy. ( I even like the new ones, too!) Last week, the Tingler with Vincent Price was on! The last time I saw that one was when I was a kid! My favorite though are vampire movies. I love Bram Stoker's Dracula! Maybe I'll read that tonight! I also read Anne Rice's Interview with a Vampire. I read LeStat, but I didn't like it as well. P.S. I like Sleepy Hollow and Jack the Ripper! Oh.. I like Night of the Living Dead, too! [Edited 10/23/09 16:32pm]

I think I've seen just about all of those Romero "Dead" movies: 1968 Night of the Living Dead 1978 Dawn of the Dead 1985 Day of the Dead 1990 Night of the Living Dead (remake) 2004 Dawn of the Dead 2005 Land of the Dead 2008 Diary of the Dead I haven't seen: 2009 Survival of the Dead "Love Hurts. I haven't see all those. That's cool! I saw a bit of this movie last week.. It was the weirdest thing. It was this haunted cabin--kinda old movie. I didn't watch the whole thing because it was already really late. But it was sort of cool.. Have you all ever noticed the "classic" movie channel has some really cool films late at night.. I saw this one--cult classic with these amazon women as robots or something like that! What I noticed is how well Faye.. Dunnaway.. played Joan Crawford in Mommy Dearest. Dang... Joan Crawford looked just like Faye Dunnaway...
