2,500 suspected cases of H1N1 at university

SEATTLE, Washington (CNN) -- An outbreak of flu at Washington State University showed few signs of slowing down as more students continued to report symptoms suspected of being from the H1N1 virus, school officials said Wednesday.

WSU Web page gives information, advice to students who suspect they may have H1N1 virus.

About 2,500 students have come down with possible cases of H1N1 since classes began August 24, said James Tinney, WSU director of media relations.

My wife wants to visit Seattle. Looks like we'll be putting that off for a stretch. hmm

Washington State University is not in Seattle, it is in Pullman, many many miles away. The University of Washington is in Seattle.

There's a swine flu article on the front page of my school's newspaper today, I'm guessing in response to this. They just spent $3.5K on hand sanitizer and have "recovery dorms" now...so glad I live off-campus.
Kinda strange, kinda awesome.

I always thought Freshers Flu was bad I imagine its going to be a whole load worse this year.

Though according to the NHS website I have already probably had it.
