wonderful...give up all that carbonated crap...I did. I drink mostly fruit juices...I don't feel so sluggish...and it realy weighs u down.

I do cheat sometimes caus I love orange soda and coca-cola...

I replaced soda in my home with Arizona green tea. It's still got hella sugar but it MUST be better than soda.
