I drink a LOT of water these days, and juice. While I was "weaning" I would drink stuff like vitamin water. My logic was "yeah, vitamin water has calories and shit, but unlike soda it actually has some nutritional value" I do have to say that winter while I was drinking a lot of the "defense" flavor, I never caught a cold.

You can do it!
I had to give up Cokes, etc., when I found out about my diabetes. Had to give up chocolate too, and I love milk chocolate more than life itself. But you know what? I don't miss them a bit! I would have NEVER believed that it would work out that way. So don't worry, you CAN do it! | |
