I've always liked Whitley better. She was a snob, but she had a personality. And to some degree, she was smart. In the beginning they played her as clueless, but as time went on, Whitley seemed to picked up on her insensitive actions.

Hilary- dumb as a stump.
She was just conceited and shallow.
I think my favorite Hilary moment is when she was sitting in front of the TV in her wedding gown waiting for her fiance to propose, but he died in a bungee jumping accident on live television. Then they cut to them returning from the funeral and she had dyed it black!
What a dumbass!
I don't think Hilary's character ever really grew on the Fresh Prince.

Whitley was bad ass, especially when her and Dwayne called off their engagement and she hooked up with the senator. Plus her wardrobe was ridiculous!

side note- was watching I robot last night- i wonder why out of all of them will smith made it big time- I remember meeting Jasmine guy- buying her cd and gettin it signed- I always thought she would be big .....

Aside from the wedding episode, this is my all-time favorite ep. Whitley was giving us high fashion from the Motherland. And Kim's performance was awesome and this was the best she ever looked.

I don't remember anything Hillary did on that show, but I do remember some classic Whitley Gilllllbert moments WHITLEY (post Lisa Bonet years)
