Post your chocolate cake recipe

In my infinite wisdom I decided to make my baby's christening cake, but I'm really struggling to get the cake big right... Which is kind of essential to the plan lol I'm on the verge of cheating and turning to Betty Crocker lol

Please save my sanity and post your best chocolate cake recipe...
I'm not stopping. I haven't even taken my coat off

C'mon and dance while you, while you still have your cherry babe, cherry babe..

These recipes sound yummy! :food:

I've never used cups before when baking, we weigh our ingredients over here.. I do have a set of baking cups though, so I'll give these a try - I take it that the ingredients have to be levelled off at the top if the cup?

I'm gonna make a chocolate mud pie today (without the coffee)... Wish me luck!
