Wrestler Kurt Angle Arrested Posted: 2:48 pm EDT August 15, 2009Updated: 4:53 pm EDT August 15, 2009 PITTSBURGH -- Professional wrestler Kurt Angle was arrested in Robinson Township on Saturday morning. According to a criminal complaint, his girlfriend had filed a protection from abuse order against Angle, which was served at his home on Saturday morning. The woman reported to police that she was at a Starbucks on the internet, when she claims she saw Angle stalking her. She called 911, and police pulled over Angle in his girlfriend's car. According to the criminal complaint, Angle was driving on a suspended license. Police also found a capped syringe and two vials of "Hygetropin," otherwise known as HGH. Angle told police he had a legal prescription for the drugs. The charges against Angle include: driving while operating privilege is suspended, prohibited acts-possession, harrassment and prohibited acts. Angle is currently the World Champion in TNA Wrestling, and was scheduled to wrestle in a pay-per-view match in Orlando on Sunday night. The girlfriend mentioned in the complaint is also a wrestler for TNA. TNA Wrestling had no official comment on Saturday afternoon, but was aware of the incident. http://www.post-gazette.c...99-100.stm Kurt Angle arrested on PFA violation, possession of HGH Saturday, August 15, 2009 By Jim McKinnon, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Pro wrestler Kurt Angle is free on bond following his arrest today on charges that he violated a protection of abuse order obtained by his girlfriend earlier in the morning. Kurt Angle Mr. Angle, 40, of Moon, was arrested by township police around 7:50 a.m. in the parking lot of a Giant Eagle Supermarket where his girlfriend, Trenesh Biggers, had taken refuge, according to a police affidavit that supports his arrest. She told police Mr. Angle, who already had abused her physically, had been stalking her from outside a Starbucks where she was using a computer to send e-mails. She said she was afraid to use her home computer because Mr. Angle lives there, the affidavit said. She called police after she again saw him circling the supermarket parking lot. In addition to the PFA violation, Mr. Angle also was arraigned on charges of harassment, possession of the human growth hormone Hygetropin, and possession of a syringe to use the controlled substance, police said. Mr. Angle told police the drug is prescribed to him legally, the affidavit said. Police ordered his car, a Cadillac, to be towed from the scene because Mr. Angle's license is suspended in connection with a previous drunken driving arrest. After police were dispatched this morning, an officer pulled over his car on Park Manor and Robinson Town Center Drive. During the traffic stop, Mr. Angle told police he and Ms. Biggers had an altercation last night. He said Moon police removed him from his residence. He denied stalking Ms. Biggers, claiming he was looking for a hotel in which to stay since he was barred from his home. Ms. Biggers reported to police that Mr. Angle had taken possession of her Blackberry cell phone, and that she feared he was erasing text messages and photos that showed injuries she suffered during their altercation. Police recovered the cell phone and returned it to her. Mr. Angle will face a preliminary hearing scheduled at 10 a.m. Tuesday before District Judge Carla Swearingen in Robinson.Pro wrestler Kurt Angle is free on bond following his arrest today on charges that he violated a protection of abuse order obtained by his girlfriend earlier in the morning. Arrest On Ex-Girlfriend Wrestling Champ Free On Bail, Accused Of Violating Protection Order POSTED: 11:40 am EDT August 19, 2009 UPDATED: 5:25 pm EDT August 19, 2009 ] PITTSBURGH -- Olympic gold medalist and professional wrestling champion Kurt Angle said on Wednesday that his live-in girlfriend got him arrested on an alleged violation of a protection-from-abuse order after the two had broken up. Just a few hours after returning to Pittsburgh from Orlando, Fla., where he had been performing for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling the past three days, Angle told WTAE Channel 4's Michelle Wright that he can't get back into his Moon Township home because the alleged victim is still there. Breaking into tears during the interview, Angle said spending nine hours in custody after his arrest Saturday morning was the lowest point of his life. "I didn't do anything wrong, and I was sitting there in the (Allegheny) county jail," Angle said. Angle, 40, said he has no idea what prompted the woman -- Trenesha Biggers -- to file the PFA against him that morning. "There was no fight at all. We didn't even have an argument," Angle said. Angle, who is divorced, said he and the woman had been dating on and off for 10 months. He said he allowed her to stay in his house, but she started getting mail sent there, and now he has nowhere to go because of the PFA. Biggers may be acting "out of spite" because "I didn't want to marry her," Angle said. "She asked me for an engagement ring the week before." Angle said that the woman asked to take his car and go to the store early Saturday. Soon after that, he says Moon police were at his door, telling him to leave. The wrestler said he only had a few moments to grab some things -- including his gold medal, for sentimental value -- as he left the house. In the criminal complaint, Biggers -- a pro wrestler who performs under the name "Rhaka Khan" -- told police that she went to a Starbucks Coffee in Robinson Town Centre so she could use the Internet, and then she saw Angle circle the parking lot three times and stare at her while she was outside, so she called 911 and said Angle was stalking her. But Angle told WTAE Channel 4 that he had no idea the woman was in the coffee shop, and he says surveillance tape from his gated community shows it was her who was following him. Robinson Township police eventually pulled Angle over and found a capped syringe in his car and two vials of human growth hormone, for which Angle said he has a prescription related to a neck injury. He was charged with harassment, possessing the drugs and driving on a suspended license. Attorney Michael Santicola -- who got Angle off on a well-publicized 2007 DUI charge in Moon Township -- posted a note on Angle's Web site saying that the driver's license suspension is under appeal and is related to Angle's refusal to take a blood test in the DUI case. Angle was found not guilty of DUI at trial. Angle told Wright that his character has been ruined and he's planning to file a defamation lawsuit and he wants Pittsburghers to believe in him. He said one thing that makes him feel better is that he's planning to see his children on Thursday. "I just want my life back," Angle said. Angle is free on bail as he awaits a Sept. 15 preliminary hearing on the drug and harassment charges before Robinson Township District Judge Carla Swearingen and a separate hearing on Oct. 6 in Moon Township for the alleged PFA violation. His annual "Ultimate Teen Challenge" -- a fitness competition for local youths -- will take place as scheduled Saturday morning at the downtown Pittsburgh Hilton hotel. Meanwhile, Angle is still working for TNA as the company's heavyweight champion. After his arrest, the company allowed him to appear as scheduled on a pay-per-view event and scripted his match to end with him keeping the title belt, which makes him the focal point of storylines on TNA's weekly television shows. Is HGH illegal in the USA? I thought Sly Stallone is using it, too? He got into trouble with the law while in Australia about two years ago because he had HGH jintropin with him. ( Jintropin may not be the same HGH as mentioned in this article but it´s still HGH).
I wouldn´t use that stuff but I think it´s up to the individual whether to use it or not as long as it´s supervised by a doctor. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?" | |
