Chop soupy 32 oz. Chicken broth
4 center cut boneless pork chops (cut into thin strips) 1/4 C. Diced green onions 3 Eggs soy sauce ground balck pepper Bring broth to a boil - drop in pork. Lower heat to low-med and cook/simmer pork for about ten minutes (until no pink in middle). It will cook fast if you made the strips thin. Add the green onion and raise heat. Meanwhile beat eggs together with 2 T. soy sauce (or to taste). Stir in the egg mixture to the broth (which should be boiling again). Egg will coook almost immediately as it is stirred in. Stir for one minute and serve with how ever much pepper you like. A quick, simple, and inexpensive Chop Soupy. | |
