On my side, with a body pillow, leg hiked up a bit on the pillow, head pillow firmly under my head and neck, kitty cat curled up around my belly. | |

I love to sleep on my back, but I usually can't fall asleep this way unless I am totally exhausted, and for some reason I am easily roused back awake if I am on my back. I sleep with 5 pillows, 2 under my head on my side, 2 between my arms and one between my knees. | |

Normally on my back or my side. I like to sleep on my stomach, but my hamstrings are tight, so that usually hurts my low back. I could just stretch them, but....

I also sleep with my arms above my head when I'm on my back  My son does this as well. It looks weird, but it feels so damn comfortable.
