Dancer 'Accidentally' Rapes Best Man

If you're imagining the world's most Xtreme lap dance, that's not quite what went down. Stripper Linda Naggs has been accused of, uh, "breaching" a guy with a sex toy.

The unfortunate best man had ordered an "audience participation" package, which resulted in his ending up buck naked on his hands and knees, at which point Naggs inserted a marital aid right into his holiest of holies. She insists it was a misunderstanding.

The groomsman went to the hospital and he reported the incident to the police the next day. He says had specifically asked Naggs not to stick anything in his butt. If she's anything like our ex-boyfriend, she was probably just confused, drunk, or feeling entitled on her birthday.

A MAN naked and on all fours when allegedly raped by a stripper was behaving like someone "playing chicken" with moving cars, a defence lawyer has claimed.

Stripper Linda Maree Naggs is charged with raping the man with a sex toy at a bucks party on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula in September 2007.

Delivering his closing address in Ms Naggs' Victorian County Court trial today, her lawyer Paul Higham said the man had hired the stripper to perform the XXX rated show called "Anal'', prior to serving as the best man at his friend's wedding.

Mr Higham told jurors that after the groom decided he no longer wanted to take part in the performance the best man got naked and on all fours under his own free will.

He said the best man then allowed lubricant to be poured onto his bottom while a stripper stood behind him with a dildo strapped to her waist.

Mr Higham described the scenario as "a bit like playing chicken with moving cars''.

He also questioned how the best man could be so sure the penetration by the dildo was deliberate.

"Why would she (Naggs) choose to deliberately commit this crime?''

Mr Higham urged the jury to find Ms Naggs not guilty.

Earlier, prosecutor Kieran Gilligan reminded jurors that only the slightest penetration was sufficient to constitute rape.

"She knew what she had done,'' he said.

"It was intentional and she didn't expect (the best man) to act in the way he did.''

Mr Gilligan said Ms Naggs described the incident as a "joke''.

"Well it backfired, didn't it,'' he said.

Mr Gilligan urged the jury to find Ms Naggs guilty.

"He never consented to any penetration and she intentionally penetrated him and this is rape and you ought to find her guilty,'' he said.

Judge Tim Wood told jurors they could expect to begin deliberations tomorrow morning.

that happened to the groom at the buck's night my brother in law went to, he was blind drunk, the stripper penetrated him with a large dildo - his friends video taped it he never pressed charges, way too embarrassed.
