Actually, I remember watching an episode of Dr. 90210 on E! once, and it was about an ex-stripper who was a few years beyond her pole dancing days and had just graduated from nursing school. She has some softball-sized breast implants she wanted removed because she was becoming a full-time nurse and wanted to be taken seriously. She got them taken out, but the surgeon had to do some reconstruction of her breasts because there was a lot of excess skin hanging from the huge implants.

To be honest, when a cosmetic surgeon who's actually good at doing implants takes a woman from a b-cup to a c or d-cup, they at least look presentable and not too outrageous. It's those idiot doctors that take a woman from an a-cup to a dd-cup or e-cup that make implant surgery look really tacky.

But then again, you'll find a whole bunch of women with low self-esteem who have decent boobs already that insist on getting melons planted in their chest. I watched one of those MTV True Life episodes where this one Asian chick who was working as a go go dancer but had small boobs was considering getting implants and even tried drinking some herbal concoction which was supposed to grow her breasts naturally. She did all this even after her fiance told her that he loved her the way she was.
