What's the interest in it? What's it all about? Who on here tweets? I'm kinda out of the loop But seriously, what's the Twitter attraction ?

That's a good question; I've been wondering the same thing.

I don't even know how to tweet.

I did join twitter out of curiosity..& i dont see the appeal, its really boring~~~
i prefer facebook

I don't understand the difference between Twitter and regular blogging.

twitter is like the status update on your facebook/myspace... and nothing else. i really don't see the point. why does every hot new social networking site offer less and less while becoming more popular than the last one?

Twitter is a marketing tool. At least that is what it is becoming.

It's also for those people holding a phone to their ears while driving having meaningless but enjoyable small talk... kind of the same thing psychologically.

Yes, their post appears on your page. If there's a link, then you get the "jist" or headline and if you want to hear/see more then you just go there.
At least that's how I mostly use it in connection to my blog. I've seen others do the same.

If it wasn't popular at the moment and a possible "tool" for getting the word out on other art-related stuff I do, I wouldn't do it at all. As it is I never remember to do it daily as with my other sites/pages.

Twitter is for self-important people who seem to think that the world is interesting in knowing what their updated status is. I for one, do not use it at all.

I have an account but its not something that I use alot of for the lifestyle that I have right now.

i have a twitter account, and i log onto it about once every week or two weeks, i find myself so bored on there!

Given my internet track record. Me and Twitter don't mix. Seems useful to some folks, though.
