You think it occurred to the woman that whenever he was at home; he WAS cheating on her? MJ I understood but I know I don't want to have each and every sports, millionaires, or famous person's memorial service aired on TV. Its another form of sick reality programing. Enough already.

And, while there's certainly something to be said about people who might grieve the deaths of celebrities they didn't know as if they were family, a lot of people who attended this service actually knew and had fair amounts of interaction with him.

This was very much a local event.

In the wake of Steve McNair's murder at the hands of mistress Sahel Kazemi, it seems there's an unending path of negativity following the former NFL MVP. The latest? The New York Daily News is reporting, via an anonymous source, that McNair carried on a six-year affair with an exotic dancer in Minneapolis, Minn.

According to the source, whom the News referred to as a "former business manager (of the strip club in question)," McNair was a "frequent visitor to the club and had an intimate and extramarital relationship" with said dancer. According to this person, the woman knew McNair was married with children, but still didn't care.
"She liked money and athletes," the former business manager said on condition of anonymity. "She went out with athletes before. She was one of those girls who said, 'You're married? You have kids? So what?' Lets have fun.

"I can tell you that she was very upset when she learned that he had died," the former business manager added.
The dancer was said to have an understanding with McNair, and she never wanted more than that. He would give her rent money or make car payments, according to the source. McNair would buy her plane tickets to meet up in cities where he was not going to be with his wife. "Everything was always first-class," the source told the Daily News.

If these allegations are true, this is the latest in a line of marks against McNair, who was held in high esteem both on and off the football field as a family man with character. He was a leader on the field who earned great respect from teammates and opponents alike. He ran community outreach programs for children.

Feds Nab Man Who Sold Gun to McNair's Girlfriend

ATF agents have arrested the man who sold the gun that killed Steve McNair, the AP reports.

The suspect, Adrian J. Gilliam Jr., has prior convictions for murder and attempted robbery. He admits he sold a fully loaded 9mm pistol to McNair’s girlfriend in a mall parking lot 2 days before the shooting. As a convicted felon, Gilliam isn’t allowed to own firearms.

Sahel “Jenny” Kazemi and Gilliam met when Kazemi was trying to sell her car, police said. She mentioned that she was in the market for a gun, and Gilliam said he could supply one.

Police believe she used it to shoot McNair in the head and then take her own life.
