We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

If Johnny Depp/Van Hunt/Lenny Kravitz/Davy Havok/David Boreanaz/Enrique Iglesias asked me out, I'm definitely NOT saying 'no' smile
If you will, so will I

That is sooo funny because my response was going to be "Hell Yeah". It still would be, depending on the celebrity. Christina Aguilera, Charlize Theron. Hell Yeah!!!!!

U open up ur eyes and come 2 realize

So u lean over and give her a kiss
Here on earth, here on earth,

Date and have a relationship yes, but I'm not ever getting married again to anyone. Has nothing to do with fame though.

he mightn't be too bad, he seems fairly normal.

i suppose as well that there are degrees of celebrity. someone like Brad Pitt would be a nightmare as he can't go anywhere without being recognised. gerard i would imagine can go about his business relativly easily.

if I became famous in my own right first and made a name for myself, then yeah I would. I would want to date them in secret while making a name for myself and then marry so we both get equal treatment, but the reality is, one of us two would be more dominant than the other in terms of fame, and probably suffer from power struggles.

Nah, not really famous. People are too critical, you can't even go get coffee w/o being judge for what you're wearing/how you're looking. It's ridiculous. Just doesn't seem worth the hassle, even w/ the perks... arrow

Lots of famous people are 'normal'. It’s not necessarily an issue because of their behaviour, but what just comes along with fame and some of it sure as hell isn’t all that pretty.

If by "date" you mean "let them come over to your place and give it to them hard doggy-style" and the somebody really famous is PJ Harvey, then Yes - I would date the living daylights out of them.

Hypothetically.

You and I might use "date" this way...but I don't think that's how most people see it. lol

i would say that most of them are 'normal', but the ones whose every move is documented must lose touch eventually

nah, because i really kinda like having my own identity socially, and if i dated someone really famous i'd just be, like, "sufjan stevens' husband" or "sufjan's yoko". i'd rather be overlooked for my own lack of achievement than overshadowed right off the bat by someone else's overachievement.

You're already just Darin's boyfriend on facebook.

I mean, really.
