It will be interesting to see if ESPN has their typical presumed guilty judgement in their coverage of this case.

McNulty says in the suit she was working as a penthouse concierge to deal with celebrities in town for a golf tournament July 10, 2008. Roethlisberger was in town for the tournament.
So she's a Ho-stess McNulty says Roethlisberger returned to his room about 10 p.m. with a young woman, who left about 20 minutes later.
So he already got served that night? After Roethlisberger escorted her to the elevator, he struck up a conversation with McNulty and told her he was having problems with his TV, the suit says.
The hulking quarterback eventually lured her inside his room by demanding she fix it, the suit says. McNulty says she quickly determined there was no problem with the TV, but when she tried to leave, Roethlisberger stood in her way and "grabbed [her] and started to kiss her." Since when do Ho-stesses do double duty as TV repair technicians? McNulty "feared that since he was a football player he could or would physically harm her if she attempted to fight him," she says.
She feared correctly. McNulty claims she "communicated her objection and lack of consent," but he refused to stop and began "fondling [her] through her dress and between her legs."
Is that code for "get the fuck off me" or code for "no, yes, no, yes"? Ignoring his protests, Roethlisberger threw McNulty onto the bed and "pulled her pants off and proceeded to penetrate her," the suit says.
McNulty claims that she told him, "You don't want to do this," and repeatedly insisted, "Please stop." I'm sorry but Panicking, McNulty told the NFL star she was not on any birth control in a bid to stop him, she says.
"Don't worry, I'll pull out," the suit quotes Roethlisberger as saying. What a gentleman. Read more: http://www.nydailynews.co...vngS9Td[b]
