Actually, I’m going to guess that it’s someone speaking
perfect English with a British or American accent?
I’ve seen two nationalities do this who were not
from English speaking countries (Germany and the Netherlands).
I remember just on my last trip to Germany, a girl
behind the counter who confirmed that she was German
spoke perfect English, with a perfect American
accent. It was amazing.
