Kinda late in re-joining the thread but last night's result was the best result my country has had in the Eurovision contest... we've been in the 2nd place before but we didn't get as many points then...
Besides it would have been VERY expensive for us to host the competition this year, with the recession being especially tough on us. So anyway, áfram Ísland! Og Heia Norge! | |

I thought Albania, Turkey, Norway, Ukraine and a few others were cheap with those costumes and bad hair/makeup. That was one of the most embarrassing performances I've ever seen. I can't imagine that this guy actually has a substantial career. Poor Greece. Feel free to join in the Prince Album Poll 2018! Let'a celebrate his legacy by counting down the most beloved Prince albums, as decided by you! | |

We were having a french fans meeting in a restaurant in Nice and kept on watching it altogether on the big giant screen next to our table when a group of finnish guys stood up to get closer when their country performed! They said they'd buy us a bottle of champagne if SUOMI'd win!
