i'm not big on big breakfasts (eggs, cheese, etc) and i've gotten sort of sick of cheerious & trix
so i didn't know what to resort to until i came across a baby photo of myself sucking on these



only now i have them dipped in cold skimmed milk (instead of baby drool) on my way to work every morning

and its so light but filling which's a great bonus for my diet and blood pressure too

cats tongues!

In Italy they only eat light cookie/cake/biscuit thingies like this for breakfast with their morning coffee ( I guess they need room for the other 3 meals you eat each day ). The first time i lived in Milan I asked my boss/host family for breakfast eggs and they looked at me as if I was from another planet
