You cannot save daylight!  yeah I hate it when the clocks change over in the uk, completely pointless Pointless and counterproductive. If the aim is to save energy, why would you shift clocks so that people come home and fire up their air conditioners during the hottest part of the day? Leave the daylight for early in the day, when it's cooler. If people want to start working earlier in the morning (because it's getting light at 4 a.m.) and then leave work earlier, let them do that. Arizona has the right idea. They opt out of this nonsense. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |
