I'd like to think I am hot to all guys and a lot of girls
but if I pass a mirror and get a glimpse of myself, then I'm like "you idiot, what are you thinking!!!! " I'm soooo much hotter in my imagination, but that helps sometimes, when there are no mirrors around

I wouldn't say it's important to me, but it's nice. Obviously it's important to me that my wife finds me attractive, but I'm not overly fussed about others. Compliments are always nice though and it would be a bit of a downer if nobody ever showed any interest in me physically. Not that I know whether they are interested most of the time.
