how in the world do I get out unwanted lines from photos and retouch faces etc

I went to a wedding and took some pics but some of them came out with red eye ( which i no how 2 do with paint shop pro) but have no idea how 2 erase lines and recolor then etc as well as faces.

lots of love fellow editors.

I been sitting with my trusty Paint Shop book trynna learn all that stuff myself.

ah ok, im on it now it only does blemishes and things but still don't get it, im weird like that easy things i can't use, "harder" things i find easy lol

Quick way would be the clone tool in Photoshop, hardness set quite low, opacity around 50%. Just alt and left mouse click a 'good' area and then slowly fade lines and stuff out. After that, if you have the Nik plug-in, 'Glamour Glow' is a nice option, but used excessively it can ruin a photo.

Alternatively, if you have Nikon Capture NX, add some gaussian blur to the entire picture and then gently remove it from certain key areas like the eyes, nose and mouth.

I think it came with our program (my partner is the computer savvy one rolleyes).
