I was flicking through a tabloid magazine today at the hairdresser and I swear every single page had something about weight on it.

They went off at Reese Witherspoon for having a tiny bit of cellulite while sitting down. They're like "the usually trim and toned star was spotted with lumps and bumps all over her legs".

They went on and on about Kate Moss apparently being close to losing her job AND her man because of her apparent horrid weight gain. Then they did the old "compare her to when she was 20!" pictorial.

They zoomed in on a little roll J-Lo had showing through a revealing dress recently and said something like "Jennifer, it will never be the year 2000 again" as in now that she has a "roll" (never mind she just had twins!) she can never wear anything skimpy again.

The tabloid media's weight obsession is ridiculous. They constantly equate thin with happy ("lily allen kicks depression by losing pounds!") and constantly pick on "flaws". I'd like to see all tabloid staff put on display the same way.
