PrintableI think the officer went too far, he should have given you a chance to explain the situation, not just write the ticket. If the dogs look happy and aren't half starved and dead, they should have just given u a warning  . Sounds like revenue collecting to me.  So what are u going 2 do? R u just gonna sit there and watch? I'm not gonna stop until the war is over. Its gonna take a long time | |
