You were scared for weeks?
eek lol

Graffiti Bridge is pretty damn scary. It's scary when you think about the fact that Prince actually thought this was a good idea.

I don't think it's a real scary movie but it's really good. A must see.

For those of you who mentioned "The Ring" as a scary movie...

You should try to find the original Japanese movie, "Ringu," that was remade into "The Ring."

"Ringu" is far better than the remake.

I have the PAL DVD of "Ringu" and I don't know if there is an NTSC version available at all. I am pretty sure that there is not an NTSC version, so you will need a PAL converter if your are in North America and want to watch the original, but it is worth it.

The Exorcist

And I have seen a LOT of scary movies. Many are gory, thrilling, and terrifying...but this one takes it for impact on the viewer - hands down.

No, sweety. I didn't say all that. It just depends on what your "scary" is.

Hellraiser, Nightmare on Elm Street, The Shining...others are great too. I can't give advice on the newer stuff, as I haven't had a life for a couple of years! biggrin

Fucks with your head...

I just wanna see a movie that really scares me...
I think the last time I was really scared in a movie was when I saw Arachnophobia was I was about 10.

In the original novel of Hannibal the character of
Clarice Starling actually fell in love with Hannibal the
Cannibal, and she actually ate Paul Krendler's brains and
then runs off with him to Argentina and they go watch
operas and stuff. Now that was creepy. That was the most
shocking ending I've ever read in a book, and I have to
admit I kind of liked it in a respect to the author's
vision kind of way.

None. There isn't a Movie out there that scares me.

However, I saw a real-life autopsy on TV last year and that was the closest i ever came to fainting in the comfort of my own armchair. That was horror beyond belief. eek

The Exorcist- Doesn't scare me as it used to,but it's

still a remarkable film.I read the novel though and that

gave me nightmares for awhile.Very descriptive.I also like

the new extended version with the spiderwalk which was in

the book too.

The Ring- I just saw this and it freaked me out.The

black and white images of the videotape that kills you is

scary in itself.I couldn't believe these people just kept

watching it.Hello! It's gonna kill you ya'dumbass.Oh well,

that's a horror movie for you. That girl with her long black

hair covering her face is something I still can't get out

of my head.

The Sixth Sense- First time I saw it I got the chills

watching it,but then it made me sad at the end. This is my

favorite film.

The Blair Witch Project- Yes, I'm gonna give it up

for this one. Some people didn't like how they never saw the

witch, but I enjoyed that part of it.Sometimes what you never

see but know is there is much more scarier.

The Others- Creepy and surprising, just like The

Sixth Sense.Loved it.

The book was cool and I absolutely HATED the movie... they changed so many things and the movie was not even slightly true to the book. I really, really, really, really, really, really, really hated the movie, but I really liked the book.

I do not need to see another version of that scary-ass movie so that I can be scared for another couple of weeks. I did hear that the ringu trilogy is far better than the USA version.

The Sixth Sense scared me, too. I couldn't sleep after that one and I spent the night watching I heart Lucy so that I woudln't think about all the dead people. I guess I'm just a wimp.
