It is still snowing here in Waterford, too. It was FREEZING at the bus stop this morning... I should have just driven my son to school.

It is pretty though... smile

You guys usually get more snow then we do down here. My sister lives in Ortonville and on Thanksgiving I was surprised to see a few inches of snow on the ground already.
Yeah, it IS pretty. But, what a pain to drive in! evil

I used to live in Goodrich, which is close to Ortonville, and you're right... we do get more snow up this way than you do. Goodrich was horrible in the winter...

And, no, it isn't any fun to drive in. People were driving very slow this morning, I noticed, and there really isn't that much on the ground here just yet... it's only going to get worse. confused

I know...
I'm not sure if it took everyone by surprise or what. There weren't many salt trucks out on the roads this morning...and they've got that blue-colored salt now so that you can see where they've been.
I wanted to just stay home and snuggle with my boyfriend and the kitties and watch TV.

brrr! I am not a fan of the snow so I understand the feelings. Here is a hug for you applekisses hug

It was 55 degrees this weekend. Last weekend it snowed, but then I live in Colorado. It is true what they say about Colorado. You can stand on a street corner and experience the four seasons in one standing.

Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect, it means you've decided to look beyond the imperfections... unknown

Awww...thanks Sag! You're so sweet.
It's the same here in Michigan...you just have to wait a few minutes for the weather to change.

REDFEATHERS

Sorry to hear that, we should have snow later this year.

It takes me about a minute and a half to get to work in the morning if I walk real slow nana
That means I can stay in bed for a good long time, there have been occassions when I have slept in until 8.45am but I still get to work ontime washed, scrubbed and ready to go! mr.green

But when the snow comes it does take a lot longer - I must look damned stupid slipping on ice taking tiny steps really slowly tottering about in my high heels! lol

Please be as jealous as you like! big grin
