1. Depends on the menu, I guess. If there's some kind of fancypants gnocci or weird-sounding ravioli, I'll usually go with that. Otherwise, I'm happy with something light and simple if the menu seems more limited. Angel hair primavera is just fine in a pinch.

If I’m at the one by my house I LOVE the veggie egg foo young, if I’m at my favorite-est Chinese place, I love the lemongrass “beef” (it’s faux beef, me being pescetarian and all).

Trio pasta.

Sweet and sour fried pork or chicken. Teriyaki or mongolian beef on the side. White rice. Eat some, take home. Eat later or next evening, cold.
Warm brewed green tea. poured in a large cup. ice added. One sugar. In the summer I add Vietnamese crab legs or something off of the Thai menu.

Sure. But not these days. Back in the 80's, yes. When they had the Nacho Cheese free and Big Gulps 49 cents.

yes they are OK, I am just not a great fan of hot dogs, and I would strangely enough, be more trusting of those sold at IKEA, even for only $1, than anywhere else
