Wow Jeffiner! So sorry 2 hear of your loss. Ruth was a very pretty lady. I know her husband and daughter will cherish the happiness and wonderful times they spent together 4 life. U are very special 2 have had Ruth in your life. I read all the wonderful things that were said by u and others that met and came in contact with her. The fact of her being a member of this site dedicated 2 Prince is such a blessing because some got the chance 2 meet and know the angel she was and still is. May God continue 2 bless her dear husband, daughter, family and friends.

Dear Ruth Thanks pennylover, that's really sweet, I WAS lucky to have met and become friends with Ruth alongside Lottie, Syble, Lala, Mentalist and a few others that she came into contact with at the boat parties and in Dublin. I just wish we could have had many more, that SHE could have had many more great nights like the ones we already shared. I'm hoping to hear from her husband soon regarding the funeral, I just hope he and Lois are managing, but it must be very, very hard for them. I just know she would want everyone to party and have fun, not mope for her because that's the kind of person she was - Oh, and play LOTS of Prince music, she LOVED her Prince that's for sure! | |

This is so sad..Ruth sounds like she was one of those rare, special people that lit up the lives of everyone she met! The kind of light that will never lose it's brightness and memories that will always give you a reason to smile!

Ruth was a lovely, bubbly, fun, caring, and generous girl, who always thought of others despite any problems of her own. I will really miss her. We all met up at Prince's 50th Birthday Boat Party in London, had a blast in Dublin and again at the Boat Party in November. She was bonkers about Prince, and loved Emancipation.... I'm sure you will all join me in sending condolences to her husband and lovely 13 year old daughter at this time... 
This is one of the last posts Ruth made on the org. before leaving for Lanzarote.. My daughter has since told me she hopes she wishes she grows up to be like me as I want for nothing. All material things, and I do tell my daughter that THINGS do not bring you happiness, are a bonus after working for them. One of those mad, surprise amazing nights that you just don't expect, thanks to you and the band. But, yes Ruth made everything double the fun and lived life to the max at every opportunity.  | |
