Winter has smashed us in the mouth again here in Minnesota! The High temp for today is not supposed to be above 0.....  What the fuck?  That's like 25 below zero for the rest of the world.....
It was 40 yesterday morning...slight rain outside...then by the time I went to sleep....snowing like a mf'r...and now this.... 
Please Kylie...tell us again how hot it is there today....

I am getting tired of all the whiney weather threads.
Then there's too much rain/snow/wind/earthquakes/fires; it's never right. If you do not like quakes and fires, moves fucking north, if you do not like snow and rain, move fucking south and shut the fuck up. Really. Whiners. |

As I said on Karen's thread, it's currently -5 with a -28 windchill (that's -20.6 with a -33.3 windchill to you celsius peeps).
I had to stand at the bus stop twice this morning to get to work and my second bus was 10 minutes late. To go out in the cold this morning I had on wool socks, long underwear, pants, a cotton camisole and a big warm wool sweater, winter boots, my winter jacket, wool mittens (from Iceland), a big scarf wrapped all around my face and a big floppy hat on pulled down over my ears. Jack Frost is a badass mother you-know-what. |
