I, too, am a Brady fan. I grew up watching it as a kid during the 70's. "Oh my nose!!!!!" BTW, I once had a football thrown into my crotch. Unfortunately, it didn't make it get any bigger.

College kids performed different episodes from the show on stage. They did the "Oh My Nose" episode and everybody was in hysterics. The funny part is when Marcia is thinking about it and it repeats over and over. They had Marcia do the line, they turned off the light, the actress would back up, they'd turn the light on again and do the line, over and over. I thought I was going to pee my pants. That does sound really entertaining. I remember reading about that show; I think it was a tour that was going to different cities to perform it. Not sure if it was the same group that you saw, though. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

OMGosh - I love "The Brady Bunch"!!
I highly recommend MM's book. Very entertaining and well-written, too. "A Very Brady Christmas" is in my VCR as I type this!! (I have to watch it when my husband isn't home as he can't stand anything Brady.) Anybody remember that crappy TV show with Valerie Harper but then she quit or got fired and was replaced by Sandy Dennis? They did a hilarious episode about the Brady Bunch and Peter and Greg and Bobby were in the yard working on their bikes and at one point one of them says something like, "We don't ride 'em, we just fix 'em." The Brady movies were pretty good, too. Gary Cole makes a great Mike Brady. I have lots of Brady stuff (calendars, lunch boxes, piggy banks) but Robert Reed's picture isn't on any of the merchandise. I'm guessing his family has something to do with that. Though it's a very small section of the book, MM reveals some sad things about RR. I have to pull out their Christmas album. You haven't really lived until you've heard Greg butcher "O, Holy Night." "She made me glad to be a man"

I have a sealed vinyl copy of their Christams album, which I recently bought on Ebay.I'm afraid to play it.I remember what Barry Williams said about it in his book "Growing Up Brady"...lol...he warns us about the awful vocals throughout.

I have this album. It's the fourth and final album they released.I think this album is the weakest one but I like a few songs on it.Their best album is the first one,'Meet The Brady Bunch',released in 1972. this album contains some of their best songs... "Ain't It Crazy" "We Can Make The World A Whole Lot Brighter" "Come Run With Me" "It's A Sunshine Day"

Cindy (Susan Olson) singing "Frosty the Snowman" is pretty cute because of her lisp. MM sings "Away In A Manger" and you could tell even then that she had a nice voice and could stay in tune. The rest of the album, however, is pretty awful. Anybody own the album with MM and Chris Knight on the cover? Ooh, that one's a doozy!! "She made me glad to be a man"

Only thing I disliked was, Cousin Oliver! Oliver kind of reminded me of a much-younger version of John Denver (looks wise). RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

I like the house too,but I wonder why it doesn't look like a 2-story house from the outside In fact,I recall one episode where Jan actually reached outside her window to pick up a locket (or something she had dropped?).I always wondered how she was able to do this when the girls bedroom was on the second floor, lol. Only thing I disliked was, Cousin Oliver!
Yeah,he was really annoying, wasn't he? They brought him on the show in the final season because the two youngest kids (Cindy and Bobby) had gotten too big. They thought they needed a younger character, which is fine, but it's too bad they didn't find a character who was less annoying.

The first Bradys movie is excellent but the sequel ('A Very Brady Sequel') was somewhat disappointing, imo. They used most of the good jokes and gags in the first film.
