Heck yeah!! Man, that movie is a cult classic. I try to watch Blade Runner (and Purple Rain) on the weekends when I am cleaning house or grading papers. Those two are some on my favorite movies. “When I give food to the poor, they call me a saint. When I ask why the poor have no food, they call me a Communist.” Brazilian bishop Dom Hélder Câmara

I liked at the very end when Rutger Howard saves Harrison Ford..
Then.. Rutger held the dove.. and said.. "time to die," then let the dove go.. I might be mixing scenes up.. but it was something like this! You all will make fun of me, but I had tears in my eyes. It was so sad...

Rutger HAUER, thank you. Anne Rice wanted him to play LeStat, but we got bleeding Tom Cruise.
Anyways; great movie. I am eyeballing that box set out now; real hot. The movie is almost always on nr 1 or 2 of most best SF movies. Deservedly so.

The boxed set is a must have, especially if you have Blu-ray or HD. I spent a week watching a different disc each night and I could watch it again right now. One of the best movies of any genre. Just one of the best. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

Timeless. I recently watched it and totally disagree (it is NOT one of your all time favorites!! ). I only watched it one time, when it came out, so it hasn't been built up in my mind like, say Star Wars. But I have decided upon watching it again it is one of the most overrated movies of recent years. It is very dated, especially the soundtrack (it does look beautiful, still) Harrison Ford is a terrible actor, sorry. I enjoy his movies, but he was still a beginner when he did this--and he's still not great. And Rutger Hauer, while entertaining, is completely over the top. Why would anyone need a special test to tell that he, Daryl Hannah & Sean Young are androids? They're either androids or lunatics. Either way let's get them off the streets. Also, and this is a common movie complaint, I read the book a year ago. I didn't find it confusing, but I found the movie confusing and disappointing. My Legacy
