Which decade do you feel lacks lustre and why?


Which decade is most attractive to you and why?

IN our lives or do you mean year in general (80's , 90's), etc.

My 30's are a pain in the ass. Although I'm realizing becuase I goofed off in my 20's. I'm also realizing that if I goof off anymore in my 30's, my 40's will be a pain in the ass too.

So perhaps my 30s are a blessing in disquise. Having more expendable money now *is* something I never had in my 20s.

My teen years were.... fun but regretful.



Yeah, I'd say I loved my 20s.

To me, the 70's were so offish. I loved 1976 I was 13. but the styles and faded colors... the avocado green and shag. The politics and peace love drug culture.
Then there were abazabas and American flags everywhereeeee....

1940's appeal to me... then also ancient times.

I love the 70's and 90's

the 00's have been lame

I was born in 1970. so I can only realize from then on.

Best 1970's. charming decade full of dreams and innocence. Kids could climb trees fall and nobody panicked. Moms gave cookies or a cheese sandwich for hurt feelings. A girl could catch a boy and kiss him too. Friends around the block would invite you for dinner and the not be mad about the extra food. Walk to a mini mart alone. Come in when the street lights came on or a little after. You could fall in love heart and soul. Not that it was perfect. Just more of a real human to human decade the music from the decade is so emotional.

Bad and Good. 1980's were really superficial but harmless in the decades charm. People though everybody was equal enough in shopping. Everyone was rich or acted it. or if you did not you were a real odd ball. Greed. Don't look back. We own not just the Moon and everything else. The stars on TV and in space are ours all ours. Materialistic but kinda empty for the most part. Except maybe a Solid Gold Dance or two.


Worst. 1990's just a bunch of people standing around doing nothing with cell phones and coffee. The only good thing was the counterculture which brought good music. Not great music from the decades unequal values. People with money people just getting by. The decade made celebrities Super Gods.

Sep 11th all came to reality. Now we all hate each other.


2008 beyond. Hope.

The 80's were the best for me. The 90's were kind of lame.

I love to go back in time and visit the 20's, 30's, & 40's - The Harlem Renaissance era. I would have loved to go to the jazz clubs back in the day all dressed up. That would have suited me....the only thing is that racism was heavily in your FACE and would have probably depressed me a great deal.

I love the fashion and music of the early 60's. And later 60's. It's practically like two different decades.

I wasn't born then, though.
