two doughnuts and a energy drink.
Last night for dinner I had seasoned organic ground turkey with brown rice wrapped in romaine lettuce.

I had chaste tree berry tincture, evening primrose oil, milk thistle seed extract, and an antibiotic.
Yuck. But before that I had generic frosted mini-wheats cereal with organic milk and sliced banana. That was yum. The Normal Whores Club

Last thing I ate was a handful of almonds and some "baby" carrots.
Last actual meal was leftover walnut, apple, and sage whole-wheat stuffing that was part of a stuffed squash situation last night. With leftover broth and red wine reduction. NOM. I'll probably have some toast before bed. "What's 'non-sequitur' mean? Do I look it up in a Fag-to-English dictionary?"

I did use carnation milk and 3 cheeses in the mac n cheese but in my defense, I HAD to. My next door neighbor the day before cooked a fish stew and she stunk up our hallway with the stench of rotten onion w/ old fish. I had to cook some aromatic comfort food to help me forget that disgusting smell. Oh my lord you sound like you were reading the Aretha Franklin thread from yesterday and by the end of it everybody was hungry as hell, too
