These pic's were taken atop of a parking garage located right across from our local news station WFAA channel 8(Belo Co.) @ S.Market st. & Young st. downtown Dallas. 
This was appears to have been taken on the Jefferson viaduct Bridge leading into downtown Dallas. 
The back drop is from the lower end of the Jefferson bridge near S.Market st & Young st. downtown Dallas.
