eating/drinking after another person...yay or nay?

i think it's yucky unless the person is your infant/toddler. my older sister is forever picking up my sodas or food and just helping herself..and i'm like barf

only thing worse than that is sharing toothbrushes barf

I am the opposite. I can drink after pretty much anyone other than children, tho, I don't make a habit out of it.

Yay...but only a select few for drinks. Sharing food....depends on what kind of food it is.

Big fat NAY!!!!

I'm one of those freaks that thinks other people's mouths warm the can up after they drink out of it. And I'm a slight germaphobe. I won't even eat chips out of a bag that someone else has grabbed out of.

However I was not above chewing the gum out of dudes mouths when I made out with them back in the day. hmmm Even I can't figure that one out.

Drinks... only after my wife.

Food? After my wife, sure, and I guess in the traditional way Thais eat with everyone helping themselves from dishes of food in the middle there may be some germs from peoples' spoons when there's no set serving spoon for every dish. I'm not really that fussy about that.

I don't drink or eat after other people because of the things that can be passed on by simply doing that. Not just basic germs, Things like meningoccocal (sp?) , meningitus and even one of the hepatituses (my memory forgets which one lol)
AM I paranoid? Maybe....but my doctor thinks otherwise and considering how many people contracted meningacoccal here and passed away a few years back I think Its justfied biggrin

Ya'll already know about the pie incident, do I have to tell it again?

neutral

And I guess my friends and I are not scared of germs at ALL. We're such big foodies!! We are forever sharing everything, food, drink whatever. Everyone wants a taste of what everyone else has got. It's just the way we do things.

I do not share drinks with children, however. Gross. Once they touch it it's theirs.
