For awhile I would eat nothing but salads. Healthy, but also got old. I am currently on Weight Watchers. I like it cause you can eat anything you want, but it teaches you to make portions smaller, and to make healthy choices. You don't have to give up treats, just not have them everyday. I have lost 35lbs so far so yeah it's going good. Oh I forgot I also tried that Richard Simmons Deal-A-Meal. It was supposed to be like a card game,so you were supposed to see it as fun!. That got boring. No offense, but why do you need a program to teach you those things? It's not hard. Smaller portions should be easy enough. Instead of eating 8, you eat this 6. Healthy choices? Put down the bacon, pick up an apple. And go for a walk. There. I just gave you the Weightwatchers program. [Edited 9/28/08 0:30am] Wow, i'm amazed at how "easy" you are trying to make it sound but its far from it, especially when you actually have a life and don't have time to exercise. Most of the time lately i've been having to work overtime, and by the time i've worked 12 hours at a desk at a job that I hate, the gym and an apple is the last thing on my mind. Its "whatever food I can get my hands on right now before I pass out" type attitude. And the stress from it all is just as bad. Its hard to lose weight when you are very stressed. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

If the word diet is a verb which means to feed, then how can someone "start" a diet? Aren't we always feeding or eating? That being said Dieting would be an oxymoron It isn't the load that breaks us down, it's the way we carry it.
