To be more specific, Mid-to-Late 90's. I don't exactly remember when Norm was on. Wasn't he around when Chris Farley and Adam Sandler were a part of the cast?

'93 - '98, according to Wikipedia. I know he's buddies w/Sandler and was close w/Farley (he was in Dirty Work), so that makes sense.
