I write in my journal or get lost in a trance dancing to Dead Can Dance.

Anxiety

lots of things

sometimes cooking
sometimes reading
sometimes music
sometimes playing video games
sometimes writing
sometimes just laying still and silent and letting everything wash out of my head for a while

there are escapes all around.

it's kind of silly, but have you read the story or seen the film "the secret world of walter mitty"? it's kind of about that, in a way.

I've never heard of them. I'll definitely check them out. Where are they from?
