Well,I'd say Eat what you want and be Happy because why should you want something and think about it while eating Oatmeal which is actually very Healthy . Try the Scottish one with Cream and Fruit. Delicious. I eat Cereal with Fruit but sometimes if I crave something like an Omelet or Pancakes or a Belgiun Waffle I eat it. I've even been Known to eat Pizza Burgers at 5 or 6 am with a Cherry Diet Coke. Extra Cherry Syrup my Friends. Just give in to your Cravings since you only have 1 life to live. Enjoy it and Don't Hurt Anybody. Have no Guilt Ever! Silky Smooth although we had some words I forgive you.

The coffee is the only mandatory part.

Breakfast is my favorite meal...especially Sunday breakfast:

Fried potatoes & onions (black folks hash browns)
Homemade biscuits with butter & syrup
Steak (small one)
Out of the blender - bananas, mango, papaya (when availabe) and watermelon

Then back to bed, cause I can't do anything else!

The sweet potato biscuits sounds delightful. Do you make these yourself?

Nope, I wish. But breakfast at this place is pretty cheap, so I usually go once or twice a month and get my fix.

ROFLMOA at the "tube steak" comment. My dad used to call hot dogs tube steak, and that's no lie. lol lol lol lol

Another thing that I love for breakfast are Cinnamon Rolls that are made by Prairie City Bakery. If any of you ever see these in the store, try them, because they are sinfully delicious! Once you try one, you will be back for another, guaranteed. They're like a potato chip, you can't have just one.

Damn, now I'm hungry too.
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.
