I've discovered Atlanta Bread & Co.

tonight I'm doing warm Japanese dishes based on the "Washoku" (home cooking) tradition: *miso soup with enoki and shitaki mushrooms *panfried silk tofu in ginger-radish sauce ( a.k.a. agedashidofu) *sliced sweet omlette roll (which you usually see on sushi rice, a.k.a tomago) *small portion brown rice *something green and pickled but I don't know what yet (maybe julienned cucumber?) +hot pot of white tea, and no dessert  I'm coming over for dinner!!! ME TOO!
