Only some of them is there, the rest is gone????? it depends on what you deleted. typically in the regedit you can find the hard drive, where everything goes. did you delete it from the mainframe? if so, you'll probably have to check into the firmware.

I deleted them from "My Documents." I deleted things by accident before and they were in the bin, but not this time. PRINCE: Always and Forever

Go to the bin and click "restore all items". this will clear your OScache. See if it's there. If it's not, then you're probably screwed.

Normally files that are removed from the recycling bin (permanently deleted) are still physically on your hard drive (the first few bits on the file are switched to a sequence that tells windows to ignore the file completely). This means the file may still be recoverable provided that pyshical location has not been overwritten by another file. Programs like the one above will recover those files even after deleted, and attempt to reconstruct as best it can the files that are partially overwritten. Not perfect, but should be able to recover much more of your files that way. Also, if you're on WinXP, you "might" be able to go the the system recovery program (I forget what it's called) to see if you can roll your PC back to the last recovery point (provided that point precedes today). But I'm not 100% sure how that works. If you're on a MAC, and you have time machine swapped on, you can pretty much recover all your files without the need to rollback other critical settings.

Failing that, just go back and download the porn torrents again from scratch.

I have something like that. It's called Recover4All. What's a good program to clean your hard drive? Like the opposite of Recovery programs.
