Here's the backstory. This is a guy I hook up with every so often. Probably about 2 or 3 times a month. He is "straight" and he has a girlfriend. He told her in the beginning when they first started dating and found out she does not like giving head that it is something he loves and since college would let gay guys suck him because they do it the best.

She asked if she should be threatened by that and he said no, it's just physical with no feelings. Amazingly she went along with this (I'd kill a motherfucker ). So anyway, the girlfriend is out of the state for months at a time with her job. So he's calling me for duty.

Well my phone bill was due on 9/5 and I wasn't able to get out to pay the bill until 9/8. On top of that my grandmother had a stroke. Mom's home and grandma is responsive and on higher dose of bloodthinners. So I didn't come to work and it has just been such a crazy exhausting time visiting mom at the hospital first and then to be with my grandma. I did not have any texts waiting for me when my phone came on but there was an email asking me to call. He knows I can only check email at work.

I receive the following yesterday:

Now mind you, I don't have a car so getting around can be a huge cunt since I'm in LA. I have to watch my time and use my time wisely when I have it so I accomplish goals and take care of personal crap. I can't usually just run off and suck dick whenever the fancy strikes me

He knows this and other times when I have told him I couldn't make it he sends me extremely enticing shots of himself and then when I comment back saying I wish I could make it but can't he says it's OK because he has other hook ups and will get a bj from someone else. Alright, he's a hookup, not my boyfriend, whatever

So I read that and I'm like WTF? In the past he has alluded to guys telling him they could fall in love with him and that he just stops seeing them altogether because he doesn't want that. Because I know this is the ground he wants to play on I keep it totally physical and don't even feed that aspect of things.

So I read that text and I told him what was going on with my family and not to panic and that I wasn't ignoring him as in I was just blowing him off and he says:

I sent him a reply:

I thought you didn't want any emotional involvement. Hurt is a strange word to use for a "hookup"
