I’ve gone through phases, just as the article suggests. I was a morning person as a child, a night person through my late teens and early 20’s and I became a morning person again in my late 20’s.
I also have a much harder time getting out of bed in the fall and winter than the summer. When it’s cold I don’t want to get out from under the covers.

I am definitely a night person, and have been my whole life.

Left to my own devices without school and work to interfere, I function best going to bed around 6 am and getting up at 2 pm. If I have to keep normal hours, I can't function without a nap during the daytime, because my body tells me that's when I should be in bed.

I consider it a crime against nature and a good half of humanity that society caters to morning people.

Night. I need to have a 3rd shift job, because I'm one of those "hit the alarm 5 times" type. I'm cranky sometimes. A lot of times, I just cannot fall asleep early, that's why I'm usually going on 4 hours of sleep. Sometimes less.

I am a night person, but no matter when I go to bed, or when I wake up I can't function for about an hour after waking. Just coffee and a computer screen

My body functions best when I get up early, but at heart I'm a nightowl

I force myself to never sleep past 9am (unless I went to bed at 5am or something) but I have just always loved being up late

Right now it's 10:15 pm, and I am at my peak energy level. Sadly, I have dick all to do tonight.

I hope I meet some fun people out here soon, because I would've been up for going out partying tonight. pout
