it's sorta hard to say because sometimes people will drop hints instead of actually tellin the person they think did the wrong. I try to be careful of others, but sometimes i assume because my skin is thick that everyone else is made of leather also. ...

I agree. I'm the same way I ALWAYS admit when I'm wrong. To do otherwise is to live a lie. I feel everyone should admit to when they have wronged however, not everyone does. I am responsible for myself only though. This is a large part of being a genuine person and yes I do this.
