COMPUTER HELP WANTED!!

I have always had problems with the sound on this computer!! I cant hear You Tube or Daily Motion videos, even though I can see them, even though I can hear other things like downloads and also a programme called TVU Player!! Well, I have been doing some tweaking and playing around on this computer 2 try and rectify this problem and in the process I think I have completely disabled the sounds and audio devices or drives or whatever from this computer I cant hear anything now and I have tried everything I can 2 rectify this as well!! Even installing various Driver repair programmes and other things like that!!

Are there any tech guys on here, that can help me with this problem?? I need help pretty urgently!!

Thanks!!! biggrin biggrin

Have you tried messing with the Master Volume? There's a little speaker in the toolbar on the lower right hand corner of Windows. Click that and it'll give you the volume readouts for the system. If that doesn't work, I dunno. I'm a Mac guy. biggrin

Go to start

Comtrol panel

sounds and audio devices

click the hardware tab

Look in the list for "legacy audio drivers"

When you see it highlight it in blue

Click properties

When this opens the next tab what you need to do is press the screen with your finger to add a new legacy driver in. Any one will do,

Hey presto, you will have sound.
