If you didn't know, I'm doing acrobatics in my spare time.
I've been doing this since about six years or so (after being a gymnast for 23 years).

Today we learned something . We've been practicing this for over a year now.

Normally, we do a handstand in the hands like this (I'm the one lifting the blond guy):



But as of today, we can do it like this:

No, the floor isn't padded.
We use techniques to prevent people from hitting the floor with their head first when they fall.
Like: NEVER letting go of other peoples hands when they fall.

And we use spotters to catch us too, as you can see in the movie.

It's a risk but accidents are very rare.
We are training to do this stuff outside too.

But its' all in the technique.
If the technique is good, doing tricks consumes less energy.
But before the trick works we need to try numerous times which can be exhausting.
