how do i search for it?

How old is it? Have you tried the search feature? I've found them sometimes by estimating the date and going back through the pages ~ like, it was around Christmas or someone's birthday or a concert in October etc.). It can be frustrating and time consuming but if you get a couple org friends to help it goes quickly and it's fun.

Glad you found what you needed. I was gonna say I've actually found very old threads, believe it or not, with Google. I just type in some keyword that I recall from the discussion, one or two orgers' names who likely would have posted on it and voila!
