I've seen a one eyed pig that looked similar - stunted snout, etc. I think this one just had some genetics go wrong, but that it wasn't actually crossed w/ monkey dna. It's a fluke that the head resembles a monkey, I think... & the thing on the very top of the head looks like it was supposed to be one of the ears & just never formed right. Poor thing.
