I'm still under 30. Don't feel old. Still Vibrant and full of vim vigor and vitality. Well today we had football practice and I decided what the hell lets play some music over the loudspeakers in the stadium. I made a mix of different music and what not. I started the practice with "Momma said Knock You Out!" by L.L. Cool J and I noticed my team captain bobbing his head and I was like, hey "Jay u know this song?" and he's like "Damn coach this stuff is dope my daddy listens to it all the time!" It made me feel old. Its kind of like the first time a fine young tender calls you sir for the first time. Its a shock to the system but then all you can do is laugh.

When I go to the doctor and they call me "Mrs.".

When I see my neice who was the flower girl at my wedding and she's 3 inches taller than me and talking about college.

When someone asks me do I know so and so who went to my college last year and I have to say no because I graduated 13 years ago.

And I recently flew down to Florida due to a family emergency and my overall appearance and the way that I carry myself is much different than the last time that some of my relatives saw me. They didn't even recognize me. When my cousin picked me up from the airport she was like "J is that you!? OMG, You're a woman!". I was like no shit

More and more I noticed that younger kids (11-14 or so) call me 'sir'. That is some depressing shit.
